We found Chiaki so very friendly she went out of her way to ensure we did all we wanted to - Chiaki’s English is excellent even understanding our jokes. Hitomi was an excellent guide taking us to Fukuoka tower, Ohari park, a couple temples and some amazing Ramen, then we headed to learn about Fukuoka arts and crafts and the annual Hakata Gion Yamakasa festival at a small museum. Thanks Hitomi for a great day for my son and I. Bonus points for getting us back to the hotel before the downpour in the evening!
Thank you for a kind review. I had a great day with you two despite the heat. Fukuoka city is one of the interesting places to visit in Kyushu and there are so many good restaurants to eat out. Please visit Kyushu again and explore more places!
Our family really enjoyed the day tour of Daio farm and Matsumoto Castle with Takeshi. Takeshi made sure everything was well organized for the day. All logistics were thought through and planned for and we also learned a lot.
