Excellent Guide. Amazing tour.

We had the privilege to do this tour in a private car from Andaz Tokyo and pick up our lovely guide Yayoi in Hakone. The experience was very nice, her itinerary and explanation was perfect and we enjoy a beautiful day. With an almost complete view of Fuji mt. And a great weather all day. We did the ropeway, ride the cruise and visit the open air museum. All of those activities are highly recommended. Thank you very much Yayoi.

Fun Day at Lake Kawaguchiko

Chinami was a wonderful host from start to finish. She is very knowledgeable about the area and its history. She guided us through the best parts of nature during the time we went, and she customized our itinerary for our preferences. I would highly recommend her.

A+ customer service and attention.

Our experience leading up to and enjoying our 6 hour tour with Seigo was great. Starting with our booking inquiry and up to our day together, he was highly responsive via text and phone and very helpful and organized in planning our day. He was also flexible to adjust our itinerary based on the day's timing and weather. We wanted a combination of off-the-beaten-path and classic tourist highlights. Seigo made that work, enabling us to have a nature-immersed, peaceful, crowd-free visit and hike around the remote, active monastery Daiyuzan Temple, as well as scenic drives through gorgeous, lush, and ancient forests, a boat ride on lake Ashinoko, a walk through Pampa grass fields, and a stop at the traditional, authentic Amasake-Chaya tea house. For lunch, he had a table pre-reserved (so no waiting) at a local popular restaurant, Hamazushi, where we enjoyed fresh, delicious sushi, soup, noodles and more, as items were whisked directly to our table by conveyor belt promptly as we ordered them - fun and inexpensive too. Seigo is highly knowledgeable about the history and stories of the land and sites, and we enjoyed learning so much from him (in very good English). He also went the extra mile (probably more like 50 miles) to return a small item we left behind in his car, found well after he had dropped us off. All-together a wonderful day with an excellent guide.

I greatly appreciate your words of praise. What made me happiest was that you enjoyed the tour to my hometown of Hakone and Daiyuzan, and the food and atmosphere in the conveyor belt sushi shop, as much as I did. Daiyuzan was out of this world and I feel we got a bit of supernatural power there, right? Both of you are so nice and kind. Thanks to you, I could enjoy the whole day of our tour. I only wish we'd had enough time to complete the area. That's my only regret. I hope you have much more fun in the destinations you will visit from now on and we meet again somewhere in the world. Bon voyage! Seigo
