This tour departs from Takayama and we will spend first 2 hours in Takayama and then depart to Shirakawago for 3.5 hours walking tour.
If the group is staying in Kanazawa for the night after the tour, it is not necessary to come back to Takayama.

Bonnie took us for a full day around Takayama and Shirakawa-Go. Even though it was a rainy day out, she remained vivacious, engaging and switched-on the whole time. She was well-prepared and knowledgeable about the areas she brought us too, and her passion for her adopted home really shone through the whole time. She even took us to her favourite retail spots for some shopping of local craftsmen wares which really capped off a marvellous day.

My 24 year old son and I spent a wonderful day with Bonnie in Takayama and Shirakawago! Bonnie is super-friendly, knowledgeable, organized, and fluent in both English and Chinese. She was flexible and went above and beyond to help us with things like making dinner reservations in the next town we were going to.
