- Find the Right Tour Guide or Itinerary For You
- Chat with Our Expert Guides before booking: Get to know your guides through their profiles. Watch their intro videos, read their bios, and start a chat to see if they’re the right fit for you. Our guides are vetted, but finding the perfect match is all about that personal touch!
- Browse through Unique Tour Itineraries: Head to the “Private Tours” or “Private Car Tours” tabs to browse curated tours uniquely designed by our guides. Each tour is crafted to showcase the best of your destination.
- Book Your Tour
- Found Your Ideal Guide? Choose from their existing tours or ask for a custom itinerary! Just pick your date, specify how many will be joining, and hit the blue “Message [GUIDE NAME]” button with your requests. Discuss details with your guide, and they will then send you a booking offer right on the message page, making it super easy to finalize your tour!
- Interested in a Tour but Need Tweaks? No problem! Message the guide directly from the tour page to request any changes to the itinerary. Select your preferred date, the number of participants, and click the blue “Message [GUIDE NAME]” button to get started.
- Love the Tour as It Is? Book it instantly! Choose an available date from the tour’s calendar, select the number of participants, and click the yellow “Reserve” button. If you have any additional questions after booking, you can send your guide messages to ask!
- Receive Guide Confirmation within 24 hours
- Exactly 48 hours before the confirmed meeting time for the tour, you will be able to see your guide’s contact number.
Your guide will confirm the booking after you have made a payment. This ensures that your guide will reserve the date just for you - no double bookings!
You can still message your guide with any additional requests or modifications after a confirmed booking.
How to check your bookings:
Visit your bookings page by clicking on the top menu. In your booking page, you'll see a list of your bookings. Please check the STATUS of each booking. There are 4 possible statuses:
[ Payment pending ]
This means that your booking payment has not been completed and your tour date is not saved for you. Please click the details button and proceed with the payment of the booking by following the on-screen instructions.
[ Paid ]
This means that your booking has been paid and your guide is reviewing it. Please wait for your tour confirmation within 24hs.
[ Confirmed ]
Your booking is 100% confirmed! Please enjoy.
[ Canceled ]
Your booking has been canceled.
